Shopify E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shopify E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online store. This is a hands-on role involving product listings, theme editing, customer service, order processing, image editing, and coordination with suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a solid understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
List and manage products on our Shopify store, including writing product descriptions and uploading images

Edit and customize Shopify themes to maintain a user-friendly and on-brand online store

Manage day-to-day operations of the webstore, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Respond to customer service enquiries promptly and professionally via email or other platforms

Process online orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment

Edit product and promotional images using photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

Manage and optimize product feeds through Google Merchant Centre

Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements for UX and sales

Requirements:
Proven experience managing a Shopify store

Strong knowledge of Shopify’s backend, including theme customization

Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)

Experience with Google Merchant Centre and feed management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Self-motivated and able to work independently
