SEO Expert Wanted for Local Lead Generation Agency

We are a local lead generation agency specializing in helping local businesses grow. We are looking for an experienced SEO expert who can drive real results using only white-hat techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations.

- Conduct keyword research and implement best practices.

- Develop and execute link-building strategies focused on high-quality, industry-relevant backlinks with strong trust and citation scores (quality over quantity).

- Analyze and reverse-engineer competitor backlinks to identify new opportunities.

- Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.

- Track and report on SEO performance, making data-driven improvements.

- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in local SEO and lead generation.

- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.

- Ability to find and secure high-quality backlinks—not spammy, low-quality links.

- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO (meta tags, schema markup, site structure, etc.).

- Experience with content optimization and keyword targeting.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
