IT Senior QA Manager

You will lead and manage our Software quality assurance function and help maintain and
improve the quality of software products, development practices and client implementations.You
will be responsible to ensure our products are performing and scalable. This means, you will
create well-structured test plans and test cases and lead the testing activities for your team.

? Define and develop processes, tools, and technology to enable a fully automated test environment
? Review software requirements and develop test plans and test scripts for various testing phases
? Interface with our Product team to provide engineering insight into product roadmaps
? Work closely with the development team and other QA resources to manage quality of
? the deliverables

Requirements:

Requirements:
? 10+ years of professional development with quality assurance test tools and testing frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
? 3 - 5 years experience in Managerial role
? Extensive experience in managing test automation design and development processes
? Solid experience writing tests from software requirements
? Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple test executions while delivering results in a timely
manner
? Familiarity with Jira and Jira plugins for Test Management.
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities


? Shift Schedule:9am - 6pm
? Work Setup: Work From home
