About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist who understands how to identify, qualify, and engage high-intent business prospects. This role is not for beginners; we need someone who has successfully driven B2B sales pipelines and knows the ins and outs of lead sourcing, outreach strategies, and appointment setting.

Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and build highly targeted B2B prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Google, and other data sources.
Cold Outreach & Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (cold
Qualification & Nurturing: Assess leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring only high-intent prospects enter the sales pipeline.
Appointment Setting: Secure meetings with qualified leads and seamlessly hand them off to the sales team or business owner.
Data & CRM Management: Maintain organized and detailed records of outreach activities, responses, and conversion rates using CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach messaging, targeting, and strategies based on response rates, engagement, and market feedback.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation & outbound sales development.
Expert-level proficiency in lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo,
Mastery of cold outreach strategies with a proven track record of high
Strong copywriting skills—ability to craft persuasive
Familiarity with B2B industries, sales cycles, and buyer psychology.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly.ai,
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, analyze data, and optimize processes for maximum results.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Experience in high-ticket B2B industries (e.g., SaaS, tech, finance, industrial, e-commerce, etc.).
Knowledge of paid ad funnels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads for B2B lead gen).
SEO, content marketing, or inbound lead generation experience.
