AI Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in AI-assisted coding and AI agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize high-quality software solutions, emphasizing the building of AI agents, creation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) databases for generative chat applications, and API integrations with leading software project management platforms such as Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, and similar tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects that leverage AI for enhanced efficiency and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using modern technologies, incorporating AI-powered tools to streamline development processes.
- Build and maintain AI agents for various applications, including generative chat systems.
- Create and manage RAG databases to support advanced AI functionalities.
- Handle API integrations, connecting systems to project management platforms like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, and Azure DevOps.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Integrate AI assistance to boost productivity, troubleshoot issues, and innovate on existing workflows.
- Stay updated with evolving technologies and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proven hands-on experience building AI agents and integrating with APIs such as OpenAI, and similar platforms (e.g., - Anthropic, Google AI).

Proficiency in the following technologies:
- Node.js
- Cursor
- React
- Supabase
- Tailwind CSS
- Next.js
- Vercel

- Experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, v0, or similar).
- Familiarity with API integrations, particularly for connecting to project management platforms like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional AI frameworks or libraries
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment best practices.
- Prior work on generative AI applications or chat-based systems.
