Executive Assistant for GPT-Driven Reputation Service

We’re looking for a smart, discreet, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of a new online service called The Quiet Fix™ — a high-trust reputation “clean-up” service for professionals like lawyers, consultants, and executives who want their online presence to reflect their true authority.
This is a part-time, writing-focused job using ChatGPT, Google, and Notion. No phone calls or hard sales. You will be:
• Sending outreach messages
• Filling in audit reports using GPT (we provide all prompts and templates)
• Delivering reports
• Logging data
• Communicating with the founder asynchronously (no calls, just Slack or email)
You’ll help us test a business model — and if it works, this can turn into a long-term position with commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities:
• Send 20–30 outreach messages/day (LinkedIn or Clarity.fm)
• Use our GPT prompts to create credibility audits (1-page reports)
• Use Notion or Canva to fill and export audits as PDFs
• Deliver audits via email
• Track leads and update performance sheet
• Send short daily summary of progress

Requirements:
• Strong written English (must sound natural and polished)
• Familiar with ChatGPT or AI tools
• Comfortable using Notion, Canva, Google Docs, Sheets
• Detail-oriented — this role is all about subtle tone and quality
• Self-managed — can follow clear instructions and deliver consistently
• BONUS: Experience writing bios, LinkedIn profiles, or ghostwriting
