Job Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant with expertise in Instagram and Threads to help enhance our brand’s online presence, engage with our audience, and drive social media growth. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and skilled in content creation, community management, and analytics tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram and Threads.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, and stories that align with the brand’s identity.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and interactive posts to increase engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, memes, and viral content to enhance visibility.
- Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe, or other tools.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, etc.) and prepare reports.
- Use insights from Instagram and Threads analytics to optimize content strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing on different post formats and styles to improve performance.

Campaign Management & Growth Strategies
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for paid promotions and ad placements.
- Research and implement growth strategies to increase followers and engagement organically.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media VA or Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Threads algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, InShot).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in social media marketing for brands or influencers.
- Basic knowledge of social media automation tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
