We’re currently looking for our next superstar Virtual Assistant to help us provide incredible support to our guests, team, and property owners.

???? What You'll Be Doing
???? Communicating with guests using our property system (Hospitable)
????? Helping guests access properties and resolving access issues
???? Assisting with pricing updates via PriceLabs
?? Creating or updating listings on Airbnb and VRBO
???? Reviewing cleaner-submitted photos to ensure guest readiness
???? Updating spreadsheets, tracking reservations, and reporting weekly KPIs
???? Coordinating with cleaners and reordering supplies as needed
???? Monitoring smart locks, cameras, and property tech integrations
???? Using tools like Rankbreeze, VRBO Market Maker, Think Reservations, and Turno
???? Helping us track pet stays (yep, we love pets too!)
? You’re a Great Fit If You...
Write clearly and confidently in English
Have previous experience supporting Airbnb or vacation rental guests
Know your way around tools like Hospitable, Google Sheets, Asana, PriceLabs, Airbnb/VRBO
Love checklists, details, and making things just right
Are proactive and resourceful — you don’t just wait for direction
Are kind, positive, and solution-oriented (even with tricky guests)
Have a stable internet connection, backup internet, a reliable computer and VPN
???? Bonus Points If You…
Have experience with Think Reservations or Hipcamp
Have worked with U.S.-based clients in hospitality or customer service
Have a creative eye for photo or listing optimization
Like dogs, spreadsheets, or sending emojis in Slack ?????????
