SALES REP (COLD CALLER) NEEDED

Pay: $82.50/Weekly (Base Pay)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10am - 4pm EST.
Day Off: Saturday and Sunday

Position: Sales Team Representative (Cold Caller)

Are you someone who thrives on closing deals, connecting with people, and doesn’t take “no” personally? Bubbly Fresh is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Rep to drive our commercial cleaning services pipeline through outbound cold calling.


Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Cold Calling: Call local businesses daily to pitch and book discovery calls for our commercial cleaning services.
• Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Keep track of warm leads, do callbacks, and move them down the pipeline.
• CRM Updates: Accurately log calls, update lead statuses, and maintain clear records of communication.
• Script Mastery: Use and evolve our call script to improve conversions while sounding authentic.
• Pipeline Management: Schedule follow-ups, book walkthroughs, and set appointments for closers.
• Rejection Resilience: Handle hang-ups, objections, and gatekeepers with confidence and professionalism.
• Reporting: Provide daily call metrics, feedback, and opportunities noticed in the field.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Spoken English: Must speak with a clear, neutral accent.
• Proven Sales or Cold Calling Experience (preferably B2B).
• High Energy & Resilience: Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Organization: Able to manage a sales pipeline and work with sales tools.
• Persuasive Communicator: Can build rapport quickly and turn cold leads warm.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs, dialers, Google Workspace, etc.
