We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to assess, optimize, and enhance our social media presence across LinkedIn,
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Audit & Review: Evaluate our current social media pages and provide a comprehensive assessment of areas for improvement.
- Brand Positioning & Strategy: Ensure our social media aligns with our clean, professional branding in the real estate investment industry.
- Content Optimization: Develop best practices for content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
- Process Streamlining: Create an efficient content workflow, from ideation to publication, to improve consistency and effectiveness.
- Step-by-Step Guidelines: Provide structured recommendations on how to manage and optimize each platform.
- Performance Insights: Offer data-driven feedback on how to improve engagement, visibility, and overall social media success.
Our social media presence should be:
• More professional, engaging, and strategically structured
• Visually consistent and aligned with our real estate branding
• Optimized for better reach, engagement, and investor appeal
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media strategy and content marketing, preferably in real estate investment and development.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn,
- Ability to develop structured processes and content workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure and improve social media performance.
