Must have real knowledge and eperience with SEO
- Knows strategies to get sites ranked

- Some experience with tools like SENuke and market analysis tools like Market Samurai

- Must speak and write very good english

- Need to have some basic writing skills, be able to research and write 300+ words on a common topic

- Must be able to work full time

- Needs to write a time sheet every day, in the morning when they start with all tasks completed until end of the day

- Needs to know how to use wordpress
