Administrative Assistant/Supplier Relations

JOB OVERVIEW

-Location: United States (Remote)
-Salary: $4 per hour
-Hours Monday - Friday 10am EST to 6pm EST (Weekends off!)

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
-Manage emails, coordinate orders, and follow up on pending requests.
-Maintain and update supplier records within our CRM system.
-Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
-Support the team with administrative tasks, including document management and scheduling.
-Ensure accuracy in order processing and follow up on shipments as needed.
-Assist with other operational tasks as required to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Excellent written and spoken English (must be highly proficient in communication).
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
-Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
-Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software tools (Google Workspace, email platforms, order management systems).
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
-Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient English Speaking Skills
Exceptional command of spoken and written English is essential, as this role involves discussing sensitive and technical topics related to medications.
