Part-Time Account Manager (with Growth to Full-Time)
Remote – Marketing Agency

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping restaurants and other niches generate leads for their businesses and turn them into customers. As we continue to onboard new clients, we’re looking for an organized and personable Account Manager to help support and grow these relationships.

About the Role:
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a roster of client accounts—ensuring communication is smooth, deliverables are on time, and clients are happy. You’ll coordinate internally with our small team to keep projects moving forward while proactively managing client expectations. This is a part-time freelance/contract position to start (10–20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as your client roster expands.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.

-Schedule and lead regular check-in calls or meetings with clients as requested by clients

-Track and manage deliverables across various marketing channels (ads, email, content, SEO, etc.).

-Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers and freelancers to ensure tasks are completed on time.

-Prepare and review reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.

-Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to improve results or upsell services.

-Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, tasks, and deadlines.

Who You Are:

-A fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Personable and relationship-oriented—you enjoy working with people and helping them succeed.

-Highly organized and detail-oriented—you never let things slip through the cracks.

-Able to juggle multiple clients, projects, and priorities without dropping the ball.

-Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing changing client needs.

-Bonus: You have marketing experience or familiarity with digital channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, or SEO.

Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services (agency experience is a big plus).

-Strong communication and time management skills.

-Proficient with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) and Google Workspace.

-Tech-savvy and a fast learner—able to pick up new platforms and systems quickly.
