Team Leader Position / Customer service/ Sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We require someone who is highly motivated to join our growing business.

We are located in Caroline Springs, Victoria, Australia.

We are an online business who retail sports, fitness, leisure and kids outdoor products.

You are required as a Team Leader to manage our staff in the Philippines with their daily tasks.

You will also be required to make direct communication with head office in Australia on a daily basis.

Job Includes:

Your primary role is to manage staff and assist with customer service/ sales related tasks, we require our team leader to make sure all staff are accountable and responsible for their daily tasks.

We have a number of internal systems which you will need training on to run your daily work.

NetSuite - Used for all invoicing, stock management, and inventory control.

OMS- Order management system for all incoming orders, and pending deliveries.

Ebay – Are you familiar with eBay?

Full training will be provided.

English speaking is highly important.

We require someone with the ambition to grow in our business as our business grows. As a team leader we require you to be highly energetic and motivated to train and support your staff.

As a team leader you need to show by example and provide correct procedures and expectation to your staff.

Work hours are 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri (Australian time). May change as a team leader based on your other staff
