What We’re Looking For:
You have taste. Not just skills. You're the kind of designer who instinctively knows what works and why. You understand the art of persuasion through visuals. You can spot trends before they become mainstream, and you know how to adapt them for performance-driven campaigns. You're not just creative—you’re strategic.

Must-haves:

A strong visual instinct and understanding of what converts in ecommerce

Mastery of Adobe Suite and/or Figma/Canva or some kind of graphic design program

Some experience designing creatives, even better if it's for ecommerce: perhaps ads, landing pages, packaging, email, etc.

Ability to rapidly test and iterate based on performance data

Comfort using and integrating AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to supercharge creative output — we expect our designers to work smarter, not just harder

An ownership mindset — someone who’s hungry to grow, lead, and win
