***Job Specifications:***
Managing Social Media Accounts, Replying to Customers, Targeted Selling to Customers, Responsibility to Represent the Company& Social Media Creators to an Exceptional Standard.

- Sales Experience is essential!
- Copywriting Experience is highly desirable!

***Job Requirements:***

- Excellent English Communication Skills (*If you CAN’T speak Fluent English = need not apply, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*)
- Attentive & High Attention to Detail (notice the small stuff!)
- Familiarity With Western Culture
- Access to a computer that can handle screen-sharing, CRM softwares and video calls for company communications & meetings
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Fast & Reliable internet connection
- Ability to use psychological sales tactics
- Looking for someone 8 hours, 6-7 days Per Week Availability. We can work around you to an extent.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate would be excited about learning new skills, embrace feedback from superiors, record data & happy to be versatile within the business!

***Training & Probation Period:***

Training will take between 2-6 days, maybe longer depending on your abilities and how quickly you absorb information. It will be paid training, working closely with our great Sales Team Manager, that will teach you how to become a great employee in the industry, build upon your existing skillset!

Probation period is 2 weeks. From there if you perform well, you may get an opportunity to increase your pay rate also! There are frequent promotion opportunities, bonuses and rewards for good performance :)
