Virtual Executive Assistant – Podcast, YouTube & Admin (Part-Time)

Job Overview:
I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and creative virtual executive assistant to help support and grow my short-form daily comedy podcast, Condensed Soup, and its new YouTube channel. This is a part-time, long-term role (20 hours/week) with clear systems, lots of flexibility, and a chance to grow with the show.

You’ll be responsible for managing post-production tasks, creating visual content, updating the blog and newsletter, uploading videos, and supporting behind-the-scenes admin. If you're tech-comfy, detail-oriented, and love making systems run smoothly—we’d be a great fit.

Work Hours & Schedule:
~20 hours/week

Very flexible hours. I'd like to have one virtual meeting a week, and there may be times I ask to schedule some time to work together. Most of the time, though, I'm happy for us to work independently as long as tasks are done on time.

$450 USD/month

Paid biweekly via PayPal

Key Responsibilities:
Edit Descript projects (audio + transcript cleanup)

Upload and schedule podcast episodes (Libsyn)

Create social posts & captions (Canva + Instagram/Bluesky)

Manage YouTube uploads, thumbnails, playlists, and Shorts

Create weekly blog post from transcript/show notes

Format and schedule newsletter

Organize content archive (Google Drive + Notion)

Light guest research and email support

Track basic analytics for podcast + social growth

Repurpose content for IG stories or quote posts

Requirements:
Strong English (written + reading comprehension)

Canva experience + visual design instincts

Strong familiarity with YouTube or podcasting tools

Organized and detail-oriented

Willing to learn and take initiative

Reliable internet + ability to work independently

Bonus (Not Required):
Experience editing YouTube videos or managing a channel

Experience working with podcasts or social media content

A good visual eye or design sensibility
