About Me:
I’m a creative entrepreneur running a growing branding and social media marketing agency called Cosmic Creative Co. I’m currently a team of one, and I’m ready to bring in a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me stay organized, keep clients happy, and bring some creative magic to life behind the scenes.
Looking for someone who is:
Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable juggling admin and creative tasks
Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, Later, and basic video editing
Experience with QuickBooks is a big plus
Sharp eye for design, formatting, and proofreading
Bonus: You’ve supported creative entrepreneurs or marketing businesses before
Your Responsibilities Might Include:
Organizing digital files and keeping client folders updated
Compiling monthly social media reports (screenshots, metrics, formatting)
Basic video editing (Reels-style or simple cuts/trims for case studies)
Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks (categorizing expenses, tracking invoices)
Creating and updating portfolio materials in Canva
Copywriting and proofreading for posts, proposals, and client decks
Managing my calendar and scheduling client meetings
Drafting client proposals using templates and notes I provide
