About Us:
We are a growing team behind two distinctive lifestyle brands – one specializing in timeless jewelry, the other in artisanal espadrille shoes. Our visuals are core to our identity, and we’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Retoucher to help elevate our product and model imagery across campaigns and e-commerce.

The Role:
You have a keen eye and can balance high-quality edits with a natural, brand-aligned finish? Then we're looking for you! This includes retouching product shots (mostly jewelry and shoes) and editing model images – from subtle skin retouching to more involved clean-up work (stray hairs, wrinkles in fabric, background consistency, etc.), as well as making Ai generated content look more natural.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Retouching product photos (color correction, dust removal and adding elements like product tags)
- Editing Ai model images to look polished yet natural
- Ensuring consistency across image sets
- Occasionally resizing or cropping for web/social formats

Requirements:

- Proven experience in product and fashion retouching
- Strong Photoshop skills (Lightroom a plus)
- An understanding of clean, editorial aesthetics
- Reliable and responsive with good communication - to join our Slack channel.
- Ability to work flexibly (hours may vary week to week)

Bonus if you have:

- Experience with jewelry photography
- Animation or light motion graphics skills (not required)

Hours: Variable (project-based)
