Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation for Medical Device Sales (Tricare/VA Providers – San Diego County)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our medical device sales efforts. The primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying healthcare providers in San Diego County, California who are in-network with Tricare and/or accept VA patients, and who are potential users or prescribers of TENS units for pain management.

This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours and the potential to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify medical professionals and clinics that:
- Specialize in treating chronic pain, nerve pain, or musculoskeletal conditions
- Are in-network with Tricare
- Accept VA Community Care referrals
- Targeted specialties include:
- Chiropractors
- Pain management specialists
- Physical therapists
- Neurologists
- Orthopedic providers
- Compile and maintain a detailed spreadsheet with:
- Provider name and clinic name
- Contact details (phone, email, address)
- Website and social media links
- Insurance networks accepted (Tricare, VA)
- Notes on services offered related to TENS therapy
- Vet and qualify leads using provided criteria
- Maintain consistent and organized lead documentation in Google Sheets or Excel
- Deliver accurate and timely updates on progress

Required Qualifications:

- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Proven experience in lead generation or virtual research roles
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online search tools
- Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines
- Reliable internet connection and responsiveness to feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, especially Tricare and VA Community Care
- Experience navigating online provider directories and insurance networks
- Background in medical device sales, healthcare marketing, or clinic support roles

Work Schedule and Compensation:

- Part-time, remote position (starting at 20 hours/week)
- Flexible work hours (daily check-ins and weekly progress required)
- Pay rate: $4–$6 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses available for high-quality, qualified leads
