Operations Lead

Company: We help home services companies sell and install HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze information about installations
• Fill out digital applications using installation information (rebates etc.)
• We require at least 4 hours of daily overlap Monday through Friday with a standard 9AM-5PM workday in the ET timezone (e.g. New York timezone)

Required skills:
- Proven data entry experience: ability to enter large amounts of data in an accurate and efficient manner
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Suite (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- This is a remote, full-time position

Not required but our ideal candidate would have: previous experience working for or with a US-based HVAC, plumbing or electrical contractor, and experience working with the ServiceTitan platform.
