VIRTUAL LANGUAGE TRAINER

We are looking for a VIRTUAL LANGUAGE TRAINER. This person will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the Communication Skills Training Program and the activities that will sustain the confidence and excellence in writing and speaking the English language. We aim to have a team who has an impeccable grammar and thought organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop a training curriculum on Communication Skills, evaluations, exercises and other activities that will effectively measure the proficiency of all staff, both trainees and tenured ones, in the spoken and written English language.

2. Must have a high sense of accountability. Ensures that the learning of trainees and tenured staff progress over time and that effective coaching and real time feedback are available or provided.

3. Assists in the screening of trainees prior endorsement to Operations. Provides evaluation reports on performance of trainees and tenured staff.

4. Responsible for creating a culture of fun online learning through activities that will engage staff from different sections and levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a college graduate

2. Must have an equivalent work experience on the same capacity for at least 2 years

3. Should be able to handle a full training cycle and can provide coaching on a virtual setup

4. Must have a stable internet connection of at least 5 mbps
