We are hiring a skilled individual to support our company by consistently booking meetings with homeowners interested in selling their properties.
Who we’re looking for:
A highly organized, disciplined, and experienced VA Specialist who will:
• Stay in close communication with our cold caller and potentially other cold callers
• Qualify leads – with a clear understanding of what we’re selling and to whom
• Be a negotiation shark – able to build relationships, overcome objections, and move things forward with real estate agents – understands B2B dynamics and what agents truly need
• Take full responsibility for lead quality and flow
• Be highly skilled in real estate lead generation and capable of generating leads independently if needed
• Ensure cold callers never run out of leads – adapting to their pace and daily rhythm
• Be highly communicative – this is a key role, not for passive performers
Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation exclusively in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High self-motivation, independence, and accountability
• Proficiency in tools like Instantly, Hubspot, LinkedIn,
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Availability during U.S. working hours (or partial overlap)
