Web Designer/Developer

We're looking for a talented Web Designer/Developer to join our team and create engaging, conversion-optimized websites for our clients using our no-code website builder platform.

About the Position
You'll be responsible for designing and building client websites using Webstudio, our no-code website builder (similar to Webflow). Your designs will need to be visually appealing while strategically focused on customer conversion and engagement. This role requires a strong eye for design combined with an understanding of how design influences user behavior and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning, conversion-focused websites using Webstudio
- Design intuitive user interfaces that guide visitors toward conversion goals
- Develop responsive designs that work flawlessly across all devices
- Implement conversion optimization best practices (clear CTAs, strategic layouts, etc.)
- Create interactive elements that enhance user engagement
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure designs support content strategy
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data
- Document design systems and create reusable components

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work
- Proficiency with no-code website builders (Webstudio, Webflow, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout
- Understanding of website accessibility standards
- Ability to translate client requirements into effective design solutions

Preferred (Not Required) Skills:
- Basic JavaScript or Python coding skills for data processing and custom functionality
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
- Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to web design
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of programmatic content generation
