We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and performance. You'll play a key part in promoting the Peacey Systems brand, driving customer acquisition, and increasing customer retention. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in digital marketing, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid media.
- Lead the creation of content for various marketing channels such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, website updates, and social media posts.
- Analyze key performance metrics and marketing campaign results to ensure continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the [technology/industry] space.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives while meeting revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute campaigns and special projects.
- Lead the development and execution of trade shows, webinars, and other events to increase brand exposure.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing tea ---------- mbers (if applicable) to support their professional growth and drive team success.

Qualifications:
- Strong WordPress / Elementor skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Hospitality Technology industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) or video editing software.
