Social Media Manager

LeClair Media is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and manage social media for our clients. You’ll oversee our LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, targeting business owners and marketing directors in industries like construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate, while also managing client accounts in similar sectors. Responsibilities include crafting engaging custom posts, sharing client success stories (videos/photos), running targeted ad campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize reach. Must excel in storytelling, video content promotion, and remote collaboration.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of social media marketing experience
* Expertise in LinkedIn & Instagram
* Strong writing and visual content skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
