Hi,

My name is Ali, and I run a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the beauty niche. We’re actively scaling and building a strong performance team — TikTok Ads is one of our core growth channels.

I’m currently looking for a TikTok Media Buyer who can take full ownership of campaigns, work with precision, and focus on results.

What You’ll Do
• Launch TikTok ad campaigns based on daily budget assignments
• Select the best creatives and angles based on past performance
• Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate, etc.)
• Kill underperforming ads, scale winners
• Maintain clear naming conventions and structure
• Collaborate directly with me for fast, result-driven decisions

What I’m Looking For
• Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads (Meta experience is a bonus)
• Clear understanding of media buying metrics
• Ability to follow structured systems and instructions
• Ownership mindset and fast communication
• Reliable execution on a daily basis
