JOB OVERVIEW

Into Archive is a platform specializing in luxury designer items sourced from all over the world, with a distinct identity built on meticulous curation and selection. We partner with vendors globally, including Japan, Dubai, France, and Canada. Our collection features exclusive designer items from renowned brands such as Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Vivienne Westwood, Prada, and Chanel.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to assist in a variety of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings: Create, update, and manage product listings on our e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Order Processing: Oversee the entire order process, from receiving orders to ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and availability. Coordinate restocking and returns.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve the overall shopping experience.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, products, and shipping. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with global vendors to manage stock, handle discrepancies, and coordinate new product launches.

Logistics and Supply Chain:

Shipping Coordination: Work with shipping providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.
Customs and Import Compliance: Ensure all international shipments comply with customs regulations and handle any related issues.

Customer Service:

Sales/Product Inquiries: Assist customers with questions about products, sizing, availability, and other sales-related inquiries.
Shipping and Delivery: Provide information on shipping options, track deliveries, and address any shipping-related concerns.
Customer Support: Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Experience with Zendesk or Gorgias is a plus.
