Job Description:
We’re looking for a TikTok Video Editor to turn raw footage and content ideas into polished, engaging videos. You’ll edit 2-3 short videos per day (14-21 per week) for our TikTok account, using trends and effects to boost our organic reach and support upcoming ads. Speed and creativity are key in this role.


Responsibilities:
- Edit 14-21 TikTok videos per week (15-60 seconds each) from raw footage or UGC provided by our team.
- Add captions, trending sounds, transitions, and effects to match TikTok’s viral style.
- Work closely with our Content Strategist to bring their outlines/scripts to life.
- Deliver videos within 12-24 hours of receiving footage (fast turnaround is a must).
- Bonus: Suggest minor tweaks to improve engagement (e.g., “This effect could pop here”)—not required but a plus.


Requirements:
- 1-2 years of video editing experience, with a focus on TikTok or short-form content.
- Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar (CapCut preferred).
- Familiarity with TikTok trends (e.g., transitions, text overlays, sound syncing).
- Experience editing beauty/health content (e.g., skincare, oral care) is a plus.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet daily deadlines with 15-20 hours/week.
