Client Onboarding & Training
> Guide new clients through onboarding and setups, align on business and marketing goals, and ensure clients clearly understand timelines, deliverables, and expectations from Day 1.
Client Success Coaching
> Act as a trusted advisor by tracking client progress, reviewing performance, holding clients accountable to agreed actions, and providing high-level marketing guidance (SEO timelines, paid ads vs organic, conversion basics). Confidently lead client calls and document all outcomes.
Client Retention & Growth
> Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication, structured check-ins, and clear documentation using ClickUp and internal systems. Identify at-risk clients early, prevent churn, and recommend strategic upsells aligned with client goals.
Tools & Requirements (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, notes, basic workflows)
- Strong working knowledge of ClickUp for task and client management
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, meeting note-takers) to improve efficiency
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Prior client-facing experience (handling frustrated or at-risk clients is a plus)
