Graphic Designer & Short Form Video Editor

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to elevate our visual content. This role involves social media materials, and taking part in marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Advertising
Create engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Design and implement attention-grabbing advertisements to promote our services and brand identity.
Coordinate Social media content schedule and marketing plans with supervisor
Research trends and content related to cleaning and/or franchise business
Marketing and Brand Assets
Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets.
Handle any ad-hoc graphic or video design requests as needed.
Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with us to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with Bonza Clean’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Proactively suggest and implement creative ideas to elevate the brand’s visual presence.

Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in graphic design and video editing.
Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.) or equivalent design and editing platforms.
AI Familiarity: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video and audio content creation.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and video editing projects.
Creativity: Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Start up businesses (cleaning industry experience is a bonus)
