Tele Marketing Sales Staff

The successful incumbent will report the Tele Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls/cold calling to both existing and new leads from marketing campaigns
· Knowledge of developing qualified leads through telephone canvassing, whatsapp and other digital communication platform
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Respond promptly to customer’s queries.
· Maintain records of all Telemarketing activities including calls and follow-ups through out CRM system.
· Required to work closely with Tele Sales manager and home team manager

Requirements:
· Prior experience in Sales/ Telemarketing/ Contact Centre is highly preferred.
· Experience in Cold Calling/ Telesales will be an advantage.
Experience working in a Contact Centre would be highly preferred.
· Committed and responsible team player with good personality.
· Diligent attitude and willing to learn.
· Self-driven, Independent and resourceful.
· Min. 2-3 years of Call Centre Support/ Telemarketing experience.
· Strongly oriented towards service level
· Able to handle face-paced working environment
