This is your chance to work directly with Adam Zahr, an award winning entrepreneur and investor based in Sydney who runs multiple businesses across industries including education, licensing, media and more. Adam moves quickly, builds big and works best with people who stay one step ahead.
We are looking for a strong and reliable Executive Assistant who is highly organised, emotionally intelligent and capable of managing multiple tasks at once. You will be the go to person helping Adam stay focused, structured and calm in the middle of a busy life and business.
This is not your average assistant role. You will be expected to show initiative, hold Adam accountable, communicate with confidence and become someone he fully trusts to protect his time and priorities. You will also build a close working relationship with him and become a key part of his leadership circle.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage Adam’s calendar including appointments, reminders and time blocking
- Act as the first filter for messages,
- Communicate on Adam’s behalf with clients, staff and business partners
- Check in daily with Adam to keep the schedule clear and the top priorities front of mind
- Follow up with the team to make sure important tasks are not falling behind
- Create simple documents and internal processes to make life easier and more organised
- Keep a personal SOP on Adam’s preferences, routines and ways of working
- Coordinate with Adam’s wife when needed to manage family or personal scheduling
Who You Need to Be
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Emotionally intelligent and proactive with great common sense
-Calm under pressure and naturally organised
-Able to solve problems before they even reach Adam
-Tech savvy with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack or CRMs (preferred)
-Friendly, reliable and hungry to be part of something bigger than yourself
