Lead Generation Assistant (Cold Email + LinkedIn Outreach)
Full-Time | Remote | Must work U.S. hours (Pacific Time overlap required)

We’re looking for a self-motivated, fast-moving Lead Generation Assistant to help us book more sales calls through cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

You’ll be a key player in helping us connect with founders who want to write and launch books to grow their personal brand and business. We move quickly, care about quality, and value people who take initiative, solve problems, and bring ideas to the table.

Important Notes
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week)

You must be available to work during U.S. hours (Pacific Time zone)

Speed to lead is critical – we need someone who can reply to prospects fast and follow up without being told

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Smartlead

Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests and DMs)

Monitor and respond to leads in real-time

Qualify leads and book calls on the calendar

Track results weekly (opens, replies, bookings)

Suggest copy or targeting improvements based on performance

What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail

Experience with outbound tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or Clay

Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator a bonus)

Highly organized, reliable, and fast

Able to work with little supervision and take ownership of results

Bonus: Experience working with personal brands, coaches, or founder-led companies
