Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Shopify VA & Social Media Manager to handle store management, customer support, content creation, and social media growth. You will manage product listings, orders, and customer inquiries while also maintaining a content library and scheduling posts to boost engagement on Instagram and other platforms.

Responsibilities:
Manage Shopify store (product listings, inventory, orders, and returns).

Provide customer support via email, chat, and social media.

Plan, create, and schedule posts to boost engagement on Instagram and other platforms.

Maintain a content library for marketing use.

Optimize store performance and assist with promotions.

Requirements:
Experience with Shopify (store setup, order processing, SEO).

Social media management & content creation skills.

Strong communication and customer service experience.

Bonus: Graphic design, email marketing, Shopify Liquid knowledge.

Compensation: Based on experience.
