ON Call Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and professional On-Call Dispatcher to handle after-hours calls for our plumbing company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling after business hours. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, gather key information, and schedule plumbing appointments for the next day or route emergencies as needed.
