About: Our company is a sports coaching marketplace that connects aspiring athletes with experienced coaches. We help customers (athletes or parents) find, book, and train with skilled coaches across various sports.
Compensation: 48-55k/month
40 hours a week.
EST or PST hours.
Fully remote
Supportive global team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach through
Provide high-quality customer support via phone,
Assist with managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of customer interactions and issues.
Take the lead in identifying customer needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer support, outreach, or virtual assistant roles.
Knowledge of a two-sided marketplace and how to connect demand with supply.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
