Professional Video Ads Editor Needed

Hey there! We are a performance marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands grow fast using direct response video ads. We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our creative team and help produce engaging, fast-paced, and conversion-focused video ads for digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

About the Role:

This is a long-term position for someone who has a knack for creating attention-grabbing and high-converting video ads tailored for eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate can think outside the box, bring fresh ideas to the table, and adapt to ever-changing trends in the social media and eCommerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop eye-catching video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok based on provided outlines and briefs.
- Edit engaging video ads that drive conversions and maximize user engagement.
- Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, high-performing creatives.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and subtitles for social media formats.
- Analyze outlines and independently select the most appropriate clips from available raw content to pair with each section of the outline, without relying on specific visual cues.
- Use the raw video content provided or search for supplemental content online that aligns with the video’s goals if necessary.
- Utilize AI tools like Elevenlabs to generate professional voiceovers and other tools like HeyGen to enhance the quality of video assets.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to address questions or concerns regarding your tasks.
Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques to ensure our ads remain innovative and relevant.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years creating video ads for eCommerce brands, specifically for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Elevenlabs and HeyGen is a bonus.
- Ability to analyze outlines, interpret brand needs, and deliver engaging and visually compelling content.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Stable Wi-Fi and a professional working environment.

Growth Opportunity
Our agency is expanding rapidly, and this position offers opportunities for incentive-based pay and salary increases. After 3 months, there will be a guaranteed salary increase.
