Talented web designer?

Hi,

Are you a talented designer who can make things look good in ads, websites, ecommerce stores?

If so, we would like to provide the opportunity to work with us in developing our lead generation website and making it the best user experience and visually friendly as possible.

What you need to know
- visual design experience and proof of work
- how to improve visual look and feel of a website (colors, content placement)
- designing ad creatives
- editing images and making them fit into the context
- knowledge of neccessary tools to make visual edits

Some additional things that will help you succeed as well
- knowledge of how wordpress works (used on our lead generation site). For example if we need to change the color of the header or the font size, then you could do that from the admin side)
- knowledge of CSS (helps to communicate visual html changes to our web developer)

The work is based on tasks and the amount of time it takes to complete them. First a task is created, then you can evaluate how long it will take and then it is approved. The whole process is fast. You can expect 20-60 hours/month in the beginning. We use trello to track task completion and slack for overall communication. For voice and screen share, skype is used.

This work is good for someone looking for some extra money so not a full time gig. The deadlines for tasks can be agreed upon based on your situation at that time, however, as a rule of thumb the work should be started within 2-3 days and completed within a week for a given task.
