Role Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for creating engaging visual content, editing videos, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, video editing experience, and proficiency in managing and growing social media accounts. In addition, experience with Figma for website design (especially for Shopify and WordPress) will be essential. You will work closely with the team to help maintain and grow our online presence, ensuring our brand message resonates across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Design stunning visuals for social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and more using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma for website design.

Video Editing: Edit and produce videos for social media, websites, and ad campaigns, optimizing them for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor engagement, respond to comments, and help grow our online community.

Website Design: Collaborate on the design and maintenance of websites using Figma, Shopify, and WordPress, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for user experience.

Content Strategy: Work with the team to develop content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand identity.

Client Support: Assist with client projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Strong video editing skills and experience with video platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).

Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Experience with Figma for website design, especially for Shopify and WordPress.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Creative, proactive problem-solving approach.

Willingness to work in Arizona Time Zone (flexible hours with occasional overlap to AZ time).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation.

Knowledge of other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) a plus.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
