Job Description:

Find potential estate buyers (Primarily Batangas Farmlands)
Determine competitive market prices
Prepare purchase agreements and closing statements
To be assigned to report daily in General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite

Qualifications:

Proven experience as real estate agent with the duration of at least 1 year
With strong interpersonal communication skills
With knowledge in real estate selling process
Computer literate
Available to start immediately
