FISH Window Cleaning - Collegeville, located in Southeast Pennsylvania, United State, is a growing nationwide franchise accepting applications for full-time Account Representative.

We are seeking a reliable and upbeat professional to join our call center team as an Account Representative. As an Account Representative, you will be focusing on keeping accounts receivable in check. Contacting customers who’s accounts are past due, have expired or invalid credit cards, normally pay cash at time of service and have not, etc., via phone and email. We will provide on-the-job training to candidates with strong interpersonal communication skills and close attention to detail. An Account Receivable Specialist's primary role is to keep billing current on all customers. This involves calling customers to receive outstanding payments.

In the process of managing the AR, it is the Account Receivable Specialist's job to update all customer data to keep contacts and contact methods up to date.

Secondary tasks of the position include follow up with estimates, verifying that the customer has received them, resending as needed, and setting up new services. Also, calling previous seasonal customers to see if they want to get on the schedule.

Access to databases, proprietary software, and email will be provided.
