We are looking for an experienced Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help grow our accounting and tax firm, Basna Tax Solutions.
This role requires real sales execution, not just admin work. You must be comfortable finding leads, calling business owners, booking appointments, and managing everything inside ClickUp.
This is a long-term role for the right person.
???? Responsibilities
Find and research qualified business leads using:
Google Search & Google Maps
Gusto / ADP / payroll-related directories
Call provided leads and self-sourced leads
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Follow sales scripts and handle basic objections
Book discovery calls / appointments
Perform follow-ups (calls,
Accurately track all activity inside ClickUp
Update lead statuses
Add call notes
Follow workflow rules
? Requirements (READ CAREFULLY)
You MUST have:
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Strong spoken and written English
Confidence speaking on the phone
Ability to generate leads independently (not just dial lists)
Working knowledge of ClickUp (tasks, statuses, workflows)
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment

Accounting

Payroll
Tax services
Familiarity with Gusto, ADP, or payroll platforms
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
