Hey! I’m running multiple faceless YouTube channels, and I’m looking for someone to join me full-time and help me manage everything behind the scenes.

This isn’t one of those robotic “do the same task all day” kind of jobs. It’s dynamic. You’ll wear a few different hats and help me run the business smoothly, so I can focus more on growing it.

Let me walk you through what it actually looks like to work with me day to day:

You’ll start the day by checking messages from the editors or scriptwriters. Maybe one of them finished a video overnight and needs a thumbnail. You’ll open the file, check if it looks good, and either help tweak it in Photoshop or pass it back with feedback.

Next, maybe a video editor needs help with a basic clip: cutting something, trimming the ending, or fixing a caption. Nothing crazy, just small stuff. You’ll pop into video editor, knock it out, and send it back.

Later in the day, you might move into some outreach. Sending a few DMs or emails to potential collaborators, clients, or people I want to connect with. I’ll give you templates, but over time, you’ll get a feel for how I write and speak, and you’ll start doing this more independently.

And maybe once a week, you’ll take 20 minutes to update a simple financial sheet, just logging how much money came in, what we spent, and what’s left. I’ll show you the system. No accounting degree needed.

That’s pretty much how things flow. Every day’s a little different, but the goal is the same: keep the machine running, so I can focus on big-picture stuff while you help with the day-to-day.

You don’t need to be an expert at everything, but you do need to be:
- A clear communicator in English
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Photoshop, video editor programs, etc.
- Someone who learns fast and takes ownership
- Organized and proactive, if you see something broken, you try to fix it
- Ideally, you have some experience with YouTube, content, or media work

This is a role for someone who likes variety, wants responsibility, and is excited about growing with the business.

I’m not looking for someone to just “do tasks.” I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with me, take ownership, and eventually earn more as the business scales.
