Genealogist/Title Abstractor/Real Estate Researcher

We seek a genealogist experienced in online research, as well as with the Ancestry platform. We focus on piecing together complicated title issues, whether it is multiple owners, distant heirs or hard to find people. We often must build family trees that span a couple generations. We must not only accurately link all the relatives together based on census records, obituaries and other reliable documents, we then proceed to locate their current mailing address so that they can be notified.

We seek a candidate with professional experience as a genealogist, using reliable and proven research methods.
Prior title abstracting experience is a plus!
Prior work with ancestry. com is a plus!
Attention to detail is a must.

Genealogy: buildings family trees to find

A full time 40 hours per week candidate is preferred but we are flexible.
Pay will be between $6-$11 an hour depending on experience to start.
Business hours are in eastern standard time.
