Recently, we acquired a successful hospitality company, and we need a skilled partner/CTO who is ready to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and help shape our vision for the future of travel technology.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for debugging, coordinating, and optimizing our proprietary APIs and websites, ensuring they perform seamlessly. As a key player in the organization, you'll be directly involved in enhancing the user experience for our customers, driving the continued growth of our platform, and leading the tech team in delivering high-quality solutions. In return, we offer equity in the company with a limited salary tied to initial milestones.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a full stack developer with hands-on experience in the travel industry to take on the role of partner/CTO. You will help us fine-tune and expand our suite of products and services, including:
Travel Portals & Booking Engines
Travel CRM
Car Rental Software
Hotel Reservation Systems
Timeshare Inventory Search Engines
Alternative Lodging Platforms

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of proprietary APIs and websites to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
Work closely with the team to identify and implement improvements that will enhance user experience and streamline operations.
Debug complex systems and provide technical leadership in resolving issues across the platform.
Coordinate the execution of key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and business operations, to deliver seamless solutions for our clients.
Drive innovation and continue to develop new features, capabilities, and technologies that push the boundaries of travel tech.

Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, database design, APIs, etc.).
Experience in the travel industry, specifically with B2B/B2C solutions, booking engines, CRM platforms, and mobility solutions.
Familiarity with travel industry systems like Global Distribution Systems (GDS), channel managers, and travel aggregators.
A passion for innovation, quality, and customer-centric service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems.
Ability to work in a startup environment, wear multiple hats, and drive initiatives from the ground up.
Previous experience leading or collaborating with development teams and making high-level technical decisions.
