We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with employees, organizing schedules, monitoring submissions, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Support:
Take accurate and concise meeting minutes
Distribute meeting notes and follow-ups to relevant tea
Employee Communication:
Call and message employees as needed to relay information or follow up on tasks
Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times
Calendar Management:
Set up and manage calendars for meetings, deadlines, and events
Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operations
Form Monitoring:
Check and verify forms submitted by employees
Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions before processing
Administrative Support:
Assist in general administrative tasks and office operations
Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using calendar tools, communication platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Human Resource and Recruitment experience is an advantage.
