We are looking for experienced Monday.com Automation Specialists to support client builds across Monday Work Management, Monday CRM, and Monday Service. You will also use Make.com to design and deploy advanced automations and integrations that align with client workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and customize Monday.com boards, views, dashboards, and automations.
• Develop CRM and service workflows tailored to client operations.
• Implement advanced Make.com automations and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based team and clients using Slack, Loom, and ClickUp.
• Follow documented workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience building in Monday.com (CRM, Work Management, or Service).
• Strong proficiency with Make.com (Integromat).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Highly detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs and documentation.
• Tech-savvy with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Availability to work during PH night shift or overlap with EST (at least 4 hours/day).
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with webhooks, APIs, or low-code tools
• Previous work using Loom, Slack, ClickUp, Notion
