Social Media Manager (Tiktok)

Hi!
My name is Ali and I run a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the hair growth niche. We’re doing over six figures in monthly revenue and are currently scaling fast — which means it’s time to grow the team.

I’m looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok posting, comment moderation, and message responses. You’ll be the face of our brand on TikTok — uploading videos, engaging with our audience, and helping drive more results.

This is a long-term position with potential for growth and bonuses.

Responsibilities:
• Upload pre-made TikTok videos to our brand account
• Write short, engaging captions with relevant hashtags
• Check and moderate comments 3 times a day (9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM PHT)
• Delete negative or spammy comments
• Reply to customer questions in both comments and DMs
• Use a custom discount code in DMs — you’ll earn commission bonuses for any sale made using it
• Follow daily routines and update inside Slack
• Track basic results and keep the feed clean and professional

Requirements:
• Fluent in written English
• Reliable and available 7 days a week
• Familiar with TikTok and content posting
• Detail-oriented and fast communicator
• Comfortable using Slack, Google Drive, and following clear structures
• Able to work during the required check-in times

Schedule:

You must check in and perform tasks at the following times every day:
• 9:00 AM PHT
• 12:00 PM PHT
• 3:00 PM PHT

Each work session may take up to 1 hour — maximum of 3 hours/day.
This is a fully remote job, but timing and consistency are critical.

Salary & Bonus:
• $2/hour – Paid weekly via Wise
• Bonus: You’ll receive 15% commission for any sale made through your DM discount code
