We are a ramping up GoHighLevel (GHL) agency specializing in Voice AI receptionist solutions for small businesses and medical practices. Our AI receptionists help clients streamline communication, capture leads 24/7, and deliver a polished brand experience with cutting-edge voice technology.

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Sales & Onboarding Assistant to support our growth by engaging leads, showing them the value of our platform, and helping them get successfully onboarded.

Your Role:
As our Sales & Onboarding Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll walk them through the features of our Voice AI solution using the GoHighLevel platform and support them through the onboarding process once they sign up.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads via email, SMS, or calls to answer questions and move them through the sales funnel

Conduct product demos and screen shares to showcase our Voice AI receptionist features inside the GoHighLevel platform

Understand prospect needs and communicate how our solution can solve their problems

Assist with client onboarding, collecting necessary business/practice information to ensure a smooth Voice AI setup

Set up initial GHL configurations as needed (e.g. workflows, phone systems, call routing)

Maintain CRM notes and follow-up tasks to ensure no lead falls through the cracks

Provide light tech support and escalate issues when needed

Help improve internal systems and documentation to make onboarding more efficient

Who You Are:
Familiar with GoHighLevel: Comfortable navigating the platform, setting up automations, workflows, phone systems, and user accounts

Strong communicator: Friendly, clear, and confident in video walkthroughs and messaging

Tech-savvy: You’re excited by AI, automation, and are familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar

Bonus: Experience creating prompts or working with voice/AI tools

Organized and self-motivated: You take initiative and follow through

Experience in sales, customer success, or virtual assistance is a big plus
